PFI provides industrial packaging products and related services, including corrugated boxes, foam, pallets, stretch film, tapes, and other materials. These Terms govern your access to our Site and your purchase or use of our products and services.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, PFI does not guarantee that product information is error-free, complete, or current. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
If an error occurs in product listing or pricing, we reserve the right to correct it and refuse or cancel any orders placed under incorrect information.
All orders are subject to acceptance by PFI. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order placement. We accept standard business payment methods, including credit card, ACH, or purchase order for approved accounts.

PFI offers both local next-day delivery (Southern California region) and nationwide shipping via our distribution centers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain factors.
Once products leave our facility, the risk of loss passes to the customer. PFI is not liable for delays or damages occurring after shipment.
To initiate a return, customers must contact PFI within 10 business days of receiving the order. Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged products in their original condition. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Custom products, including printed boxes, foam, tapes, or specialty designs, require written approval of specifications before production. PFI is not responsible for customer design errors, incorrect artwork submissions, or typographical mistakes once production begins.
Estimated lead times will be provided, but are not guaranteed due to manufacturing and material factors.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and layouts, is owned or licensed by PFI and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.
The PFI name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of Packaging For Industry.

PFI’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
